A guarantee is one business outcome that must stay true. Verifications are how it is proven, and a re-verification from the console, the CLI or the API draws on the same monthly allowance. Unused monthly allowance resets each subscription month. Annual plans are charged up front and release usage monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe.
